🍫 Aadarsh Kumar — Not Just a Founder, But the Heart of AZESA Aadarsh Kumar hails from Katihar, Bihar, and he’s not your typical founder in a blazer with a pitch deck. He’s a hands-on chocolate-maker, dreamer, and relentless builder who started AZESA not from a fancy kitchen, but with a small setup, a lot of local trust, and massive ambition. He studied Chemistry in college, which is where his obsession with ingredients and “what makes food click” began. But more than science, it was emotion and curiosity that drove him. He wanted to bring premium-quality, experimental chocolates to a place that had never seen anything like it before. What makes Aadarsh stand out? • He often says he’s not building “just a brand”—he’s building Katihar’s first chocolate revolution. • He’s a self-taught marketer, edits his own videos, writes Instagram captions, packs bars himself, and even hand-delivers orders sometimes. • He’s deeply connected to his community — customers know him by name, and he often gets tagged in memes, local selfies, and stories. • He’s driven by moments, like when a kid in Katihar tastes chocolate with thandai flavor and goes, “Yeh toh holi lag raha hai!” In his own words: “AZESA isn’t a product I made.
